Changes JSR-299 (Web Beans) will make to Seam

I don't know if you're allowed to say anything about this, but I'm wondering if there will be any major changes JSR-299 will make to Seam. Will the Web Beans version of Seam be backwards compatible?

The spec itself will not be backward compatible, but I expect that we will try to support both sets of contracts in Seam (which will be the Web Beans RI), which means that you will be able to mix and match Seam code with Web Beans code.
