Help with cvs checkout of seam booking example

I'm following the instructions at http://www.jboss.com/products/seam/EclipseCVS.html
to setup the seam-booking example into my Eclipse IDE

I can't get a connection thru Eclipse with pserver. also tried extssh
with my jboss userid/password.

I tried TortoiseCVS and it did not work either. I also have Tortoise SVN but don't know the URL to use.

Is there any other way I can build the booking example into my IDE?

Those instructions look pretty old to me. Just grab a copy of seam 2.0.0.BETA from the jboss.org Seam download page - all the source for the examples is there.
