Problem with rich:fileUpload in IE in flash mode

When using rich:fileUpload in flash mode in IE 7 the open dialog doesn't appear when the flag allowFlash is set to "true" fom the beggining. In rich-demo application after clicking checkbox: "Turn using flash on", rich:fileUpload gets rerendered and works properly, but after reloading the page the open dialog doesn't appear again by clicking "Add..." button.
