The necessary data in hidden inputs: Do you mean, that store the dummy data in content, so that the length of the every column is identical. But some content of rows are very lang. The data table will be very large too.

darmstadter Dec 12, 2008 3:48 AM (in response to darmstadter)thanks for your replay. I use rich:scrollableDataTable. In every column man can assign the width of the column. I try to save the width in java backing bean. But i don't know, which event can fire the set method? eg. onmouse??? or ??

unfortunatelly already filled. So component state usage unfortunatelly will not helps you.
