If I don't use <f:verbatim> none of the HTML lines of code gets rendered. -
3. Re: problem with s:link
smithbstl Sep 19, 2007 7:49 AM (in response to alex_enache)Probably has something to do with using JSP instead of Facelets.
Try using a RichFaces menu instead
http://livedemo.exadel.com/richfaces-demo/richfaces/dropDownMenu.jsf?c=menuGroup
Or switch to facelets.
If you are using facelets, you should never need f:verbatim -

alex_enache Sep 19, 2007 8:25 AM (in response to alex_enache)Thanks for the input. But if I use Facelets, I'd have to change all my pages to use them ... and I have a few ... so any other thoughts ? :)

wise_guybg Sep 19, 2007 8:31 AM (in response to alex_enache)What about this:
<f:verbatim> <div> <ul class="nav"> <li><strong>Projects</strong> <ul> <li> </f:verbatim> <s:link action="createProject" value="Create Project"> <f:verbatim> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> </div> </f:verbatim>

7. Re: problem with s:link
alex_enache Sep 19, 2007 8:50 AM (in response to alex_enache)Wow! That really works. I've thought of it ... but I haven't tried it because I was thinking that it would complain to the fact that the document is not well-formed. Thanks for your help! If you drop by in Romania give me a pm and well have a beer. Cheers!
