Multiple instances of one webapp

hi

i am currently successfully deploying one instance of a SEAM webapp in development to JBoss. Now there has been a request to deploy a second instance of the same webapp but from a seperate development branch to the same server with a different datasource (seperate database instance). is there a way to conveniently achieve this? and if so, what are the adjustments i have to do in order to make it work (except using a different ds.xml file with another datasource specified in it)

I just posted an issue I'm having with running multiple apps in one instance. They are not the same application, but they share an ejb module (each getting its own copy of course)

Ensure you have classloading isolation enabled and that the jndi lookup namespace is different.

thanks for the answer. unfortunately i am really new to jboss and therefore have a little difficulty finding my way around so just to make sure I get it right this time. (I've already spent hours trying to figure it all out)

i guess classloading isolation can be enabled like this:

for jndi lookup
I have to create a seperate entry into the -ds.xml config file and then have to make the appropriate changes to the persistance*.xml files as well as to the jboss-beans.xml file.

in order to not have conflicting uris i have to probably change the context-root element in the application.xml file

am i missing anything?
