rich:suggestionbox doesn't work in Safari (3.3.0 BETA3)

The suggestionAction AJAX call never completes (according to the status indicator) and the box doesn't show up in Safari.

In IE 7 there is about 20 pixels gap between the bottom edge of inputText and the suggestion box, but it showes up.

Works as expected in Firefox 3

just checked in BETA4, the same behavior.

Is there any chance it will be fixed in 3.3.0 GA?
