Show internal error while AJAX-Request in browser

Hi,

I was wondering. Is there a way to display an error-message or stacktrace to the user if a interal-serverside-error occured while processing a AJAX-Request.

I can send a error-code in that case, and I can see the error-code in the AJAX-log, but can I display it?
