seam setup gives errors

When I attempt to run "seam setup", I get this error:

DIRNAME=.: Command not found.
SEAM_HOME: Undefined variable.

Any ideas why or how to fix this?

I am running Seam 2.0.0.CR1 from Solaris 5.8.

Weird, try running it using gnu bash.

In 2.0.0.CR1, the "seam" script header is

#/bin/sh

try changing that to:

#!/bin/sh

(it's missing a "bang")
