Messages bundle problem

Ive translated messages into messages_pl.properties. Ive put it in WEB-INF/classes in my web project.
Ive set the default locale to pl in faces-config.
Now Messages display OK but diactric char's are all messed up - my Bundle file is UTF-8 and page in wich messages are rendered is also...

Should be OK but its not - what should i do ?

messages in properties files are coded in iso-8859-1, not in utf-8

Any non iso-8859-1 character must be coded using Unicode escapes, i.e. \uhhhh.

I am hoving some trouble with diactric signs. I use the tool mentioned in a previous post and now when I enter my site nothing happens i.e. browser indicates that site is loading and it seems like it will never load it at all. Does anyone know what could be a reason ?
