Security rule warn

Hi,
I use Seam 2.0GA and opensymphony quartz. When job is saved in db, and server startup I get this warn

WARN 18-11 12:14:52,125 (RuleBasedIdentity.java:initSecurityContext:72) -no security rule base available - please install a RuleBase with the name 'securityRules' if permission checks are required.

I got security rule file in components.xml but it is empty (don't use it).

How to remove that warn?

You can create an empty rules file and then this warning won't appear.
