The bindingservice-plugin.jar is not included in the server/default/lib directory. Therefore the BindingServiceManager cannot be turned on in conf/jboss-service.xml. With the multitude of ports that JBossWeb opens, the BindingServiceManager is almost essential to configure multiple servers on the same IP address. Adding bindingservice-plugin.jar to the lib area seems to make it work without problems. Unless there is some reason I am missing, I would suggest this be added to the distribution.
