JBoss WS Clustering/Scaling: How to ?

Hi everybody,
i need to cluster and scaling a web application on 3 webservers.

This web application doesn't implement java.io.Serializable...so i can't use Apache to balance and Tomcat clustering to maintain session's attributes replicating them to all cluster's nodes....

I'd like to use JBoss WS...is it possible to do ?
Which files should be configured ? what i have to do ?

It is the same like for JBossAS.
Look at the documentation for session replication.

but i'm totally newbie to JBoss... i have to download JBossCache or is included in JBoss WS yet ?
