Rich Editor accent problem

Hi,

I have a problem with accent (é è ê ë ...) in rich:editor.

Validation fails with "&" character.

The problem is reproducible in live demo 3.3.0 GA.

If text contains é, ô, é à, è character for example, then it doesn't appears anymore in textarea after ajax request.
