JBoss 4.2.3 startup stuck with JBoss Web 2.0.6

      Hello All,

I am seeing a problem when using JBoss Native 2.0.6 Linux x86-64 with JBoss 4.2.3 on both Suse 9 and 10 and Java 6 Update 11(64-bit server mode).
What's happening is that Apr is found and the JBoss startup stalls just after the Apr message goes in the log.(The second Apr line which begins : APR Capabilities: IPV6[true] ...) I waited and waited and it never progresses.

What's even stranger is that JBoss was running fine with Apr on the Suse 10 machine. I restarted JBoss and ran into this issue. I had to delete everything in <JBOSS_HOME>/bin/native and JBoss started. I then installed the same Apr again, http://jboss.org/community/docs/DOC-9912, and it worked. JBoss started with Apr again. My guess is that this could happen again on restart.

I had the same issue on Suse 9, except I could not get it working.

Any ideas about what is happening or what I should do? Is the x86 version a better option? I see that this has been downloaded 3 times more than the x86-64 version.

      TIA
