Communication between services...

Is there a suggeted/standard way to communicate between services?

If I have a database connection service and another service that wants to use it, can I "look it up"? Similar to a JNDI lookup?

Hi,
i have serveral problems with the container...

First of all thies is wath we want to...: writing some modules started and controlled by the container... communication between the different modules,... and now my request is, how can i solve thies problem, the we have a communication option, like: -> send module xyz "kill you"... or something like that.... .

or should we use another project?
