Im looking for the engine-BIRT-xxx.sar but i could not find anywhere,
can somebody could provide me a pointer to that sar ?

Sorry this module is not yet ready for primetime...
If you want to contribute to this area , you can check out SVN and compile the sar, it should compile and provide basic functionnaliyty.

However, i haven't yet found time to work on the project :(
