svn temporary a mess

i (or svn?) somehow messed up my local source code base. all files that have been deleted since a couple of months have suddenly appeared between some significant changes that i'm making.

i don't see another way then to commit the half baked refactorings (excl the appeared files) and then to start over again. i'll bring svn asap (hopefully later today) into a compilable and testable state.

main test suite runs again.

now, i'll see if i can also fix the hibernate mappings so that the db tests also run
