I added two features to the build:
1) deletion of the local cache of a published version. When a component is published, the cached files of that version are now deleted automatically.
2) skipdocs: The skipdocs property lets you skip the slow build of the documentation when just publishing snapshot jars to be used by another subproject that depends on this project. Usage:
ant -Dskipdocs publish
