Since there is more and more projects moving to the SOAG umbrella, I wold suggest that we restructure the repository in the following way:

/soag/<project name>/trunk
/soag/<project name>/branches
/soag/<project name>/tags

I.e.

/soag/cdl/trunk

This enables us to have projects with different lifecycles.
At some later point in time we would probably introduce and aggregator project (overlord) that assembles the projects to some deliverable.

I did already move SAM to /soag/sam. But feel free to move it anywhere that suits you.
