setScrollPos, How does it work?

How does setScrollPos work, it wants me to give a String value. What I want to do is set the horizontal scrollbar to the absolute left, and the vertical scrollbar to the absolute top.

this.setScrollPos(0,0);
this.setScrollPos(0,0,0,0);
this.setScrollPos(0,0,0);
