Invocation of ESB action using POJO

Is there any provision in JBossESB to invoke esb action using POJO class.

This is required for sceneario where the ESB service is used by internal and external application.

How to invoke the esb action, where the application and jbossesb is also running on same server.

We do not want to use either webservice or messaging.

Any thoughts or suggestions on how to achieve this?

An Action (or pipeline of Actions) represents a service. Are you after an in-process transport, where a client can call a service (aka Action) that resides within the same address space (VM)?

We have an InVM transport already, but it's not in the trunk and won't be until after the SOA Platform goes out. If you want to check it out, then look for the bramley branch in svn.
