1. Re: status-column attribute in tag sql-message-filter
kconner Mar 20, 2008 6:00 AM (in response to lafbarbosa)This is an internal state representing the processing of the row.
P -> W -> E or D
The row will be in state E or D, once processing is complete, unless the configuration specifies that it should be deleted. -
2. Re: status-column attribute in tag sql-message-filter
ashok_1979 Dec 23, 2008 3:13 AM (in response to lafbarbosa)I have two questions here,
1. Can we configure max attempts before changing status to 'E' or can we configure to process the record again whose status is 'E' after some configurable time?
2. What is the time interval of sql-provide to check for the pending record in the table, and how we can configure it?
Please guide... -

I don't think this is possible using the default implementation. What you might do is create a scheduled task that periodically scans for records with status 'E' and then processes them.2. What is the time interval of sql-provide to check for the pending record in the table, and how we can configure it?
The default setting is ten seconds but this can be specified on the sql-listener element like so:<sql-listener name="SqlGateway" busidref="helloSQLChannel" poll-frequency-seconds="5000" is-gateway="true"/>

ashok_1979 Dec 26, 2008 12:02 AM (in response to lafbarbosa)Thanks beve for reply.
I am new to JbossESB world. Can any one guide me how to create JIRA feature request for this? -
6. Re: status-column attribute in tag sql-message-filter
beve Dec 26, 2008 4:10 AM (in response to lafbarbosa)Go to https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBESB, and then click on the "Create a new issue in project JBoss ESB" link.
On the next page you can set the "Issue Type" to "Feature Request". On the following page you will be asked to describe the feature and you can also link to this forum thread.
