    JCA Gateway threads

    blep

As I posted in http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=136536, I use JCA gateway with the mail resource adapter in order to parse incoming mails and delivering it as ESB messages. It works.

But I noticed JCA GW is generating a lot of threads, so I tried to set the maxThreads attribute as with other listeners and it had no effect.

For info, deploying the same ESB archive without the JCA GW makes about 60 live threads less than with the JCA GW.

It seems to me a very high value just for checking emails, is there any way to set it up?

The total started threads shown by jconsole increases permanantly during JCA exploitation, does JCA use pooled threads management or does it creates a new one each time?

      Regards.
