Running JBoss ESB on other application servers like Oracle o

Dear friends,

I need to know if it is possible to run JBoss ESB/SOA and JBPM on other application servers like Oracle oc4j or SAP XI. I know, it sounds funny to use JBoss ESB when having similar products on target platforms. Our problem is, that we need a platform independent open source based solution.
Is this possible and what kind of trouble should I expect to get or what has to be considered in order to get it working?

I would be very happy if somebody could give me a good hint! It's urgent.

It should be possible, but we've not tried it. Have you encountered any problems?
