file listener detecting changes within a single file

I'm just starting with JBoss ESB, so forgive me if this is a silly question.

I have a 3rd party app that generates a cdr file.

I would like that when a new line is added to the cdr, this new line is sent for processing. Can I do this with the normal file listener ? there is some easy workaround that I can use ?

Sorry, but I'm afraid the out of the box file listener does not support this. However, you can implement a custom listener to handle this specific use case. For more on implementing custom listeners, see this page.
