I believe that these changes will be in JBoss 5.1.0.GA release. I was not aware of a JBoss 5.1.0.CR2 release but then again I'm not really familiar with the release schedule for AS either :)
Could you point me to where you got information about the CR2 release?

Hi Daniel,
Yes i had some times to try many examples. All but webservice_wssecurity and webservice_wsaddressing are running without any errors. I guess the same problem with JBossESB4.5 under JbossAS 4.2.3 and jdk1.6. i will have to copy some jaxws*.jar to the endorced directory to run it.
I must say a great work . it is working very well. I am eager to see the JBossESB 4.5.GA and JBossAS5.1.GA.
I continue to test and i will report my result here..

I've actually not tried this with Java 1.6 but we are working on adding this to our CI builds and that will include a Java 6 build/test, as well Java 5 and on different OS.
