Hello

I prepared JBoss Forums 1.0.0Alpha package for JBoss Portal 2.6 Developer Release for those who would like to test newest portal. ;-)

Looks like there is problem with ForumsPortletInstance :

An error occured while rendering window 'admin.News.ForumsPortletWindow'
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: org.jboss.portal.format.template.DelegateContext


Btw, I can't make JBoss Forums 1.0.0Alpha on JBoss Portal 2.6 DR run under JBoss AS 4.0.5.GA, have you synchronized with it?

Error message say :

An error occured while rendering window 'admin.News.JSFForumsPortletWindow'
java.lang.NullPointerException: serialFactory

It is old portlet which is no longer developed and will be deleted in next release. Simply, don't use it :-).

Can someone create a "JBoss Portal + JBoss AS + JBoss Forums" download on the wiki page. I upgrade frequently and it would be nice to have one stop shopping for the latest portal and forums.

While JBoss Forums are still GPL, I would rather not create such a bundle. You still have Portal bundled so it is not so bad ;-)

I have just done it. Fix will be available with Beta release.
