Distributed transactions betwen diferent JBoss

It's posible have a distributed transaction betwen two ebs located in diferent servers???
The documentation says yes but I've tested and don't work!!

What version of JBoss works ??? (I've tested with 4.0.3SP1)

Two EJBs participating in the same transaction on two different machines? Not until JBoss Transactions (Arjuna) is released. I think it is slated for JBoss 4.0.4 as a separate integratable bundle.

no, it will be usuable with JBoss 4.0.4, but as a separate download. You don't have to wait for 5.

I noticed that JBoss4.0.4RC1 has been released. Does this include Arjuna?
Or can we download it separately somewhere else?

JBoss Transactions 4.2 will be available at the end of March and will work with AS 4.0.3SP1. You will need to obtain the separate JBossTS distribution and apply that to your existing JBossAS installation. Depending upon time, we may have an installer that will take care of this automatically. Failing that, we'll have sufficient release notes to help.

We are targeting a release that will plug in to AS 4.0.4 at the end of April/start of May.
