JBoss Installation check

I downloaded JBoss4.0.3SP1 and JBossTS. Once the JBoss4.0.3SP1 is extracted and as per install details all the jars/properties are updated into JBoss4.0.3 from JbossTS (JEMS). i started JBoss. it is running and i can verify the same. My question Is JBossTS running under the JBossAP ( 4.0.3 ) or do i need to start JbossTS seperately ? clarify

If you have followed the instructions included with JBossTS then the app server will be running with the JBossTS transaction manager.
