The bug of SDT:header disappears after rerender is existing

After dynamically fetching of rows from the server when a table is scrolled up and down, then reRender the table or add new item into the table, it's head is disappears. I have tried with Richfaces version 3.2.0 and 3.3.0.

If the actual number of rows is more than the rows="", scrolled down and up another time, the head is not disappeared, but there is a blank row under the head, when reRender tha SDT, the head is disappeared and all rows are lied.

The above problems is arise with FF version 2.0, with version 3.0 it is more better. The head is not disappeared, but the first row does.

And the contextMenu is under the SDT. It means the z-Index of the SDT is more than the contextMenu's? Version: richfaces 3.3.0 + FF:3.0.5

2 rows combined without separated(no line in the middle ). I have tried with version richfaces 3.3.0.GA and FF 3.0.6. Aber IE6.0 and opera 9.25 is ok.

Free to create other issues in jira if you able to attach sample in war (or maven2 project better).
