How should I begin with XTS(WebService Transaction) programi

Anybody tell me how to get a sample about the WebService Transaction Programing?It's metioned in the <<WS_ProgramerGuide>>,but I can't get the API or jar File?Pls reply this topic or conntact me with [e-mail] ,It's emergent,thank you very much!
