Although I am aware that the new jpurnal file system offers a much better performance than storing the message data in the database I would like to know if it is nevertheless possible to use a relational database as message store. Is there any config-Parameter where I can specify a JDBC database as persistence store? If not are there plans to provide such a functionality?
There are no plans to allow a database to be used for persistence. Why would you want to do this?
