progressbar doesn't reach completion

Using richfaces 3.3.2.SR1

I have a progress bar in ajax mode with minValue="0" and maxValue="100" and a "complete" facet.

The progress bar doesn't seem to display the "complete" facet when value reaches 100.

However, if I change maxValue="99", then the progress bar reaches the completion state.

Is this a bug or does the progress bar intentionally only consider val > maxValue as completion?

yes, it will be shown when value > maxValue.
