How to use an ExtendedDataModel with dataScroller ?

I have and extendedDataTable linked with a data scroller, until today all works fine.

But since I replaced the "value" attribute to a ExtendedDataModel instead of the list of items, the associated dataScroller no longer works.

(It only display the first items of the list on all pages)

What does it mean ? Is there something else to configure ?

Yes, I know, thank you ;-)

I have already read this examples from start to end and my code is based on them.

At last, I found a solution : recreate the data model on demand (in the getDataModel method)

I don't understand why I have to do this, but it makes my app works.
