you are right, these are also needed, however already present.
To be more precise, skinning of inputs and buttons does not work with : IE 6 (XP), Safari (snow leopard), does work with: IE7 (Vista) and Firefox 3.6 (snow leopard)
I use RichFaces 3.3.2 SR1 with Seam 2.2.0.GA jboss-5.1.0.GA
