Is situation, where nodes have different configuration supported? Generally this is necessary for rolling upgrades. Let's say I added/removed/modified cache configuration in new version of my software (whatever it might be) and I would like to upgrade node by node without putting down entire cluster. Is such scenario supported?

Yes it will be, as we release more versions of Infinispan in the future.
