    data table and modal pannel issue

      Hi,

      I have a typical problem with rich:data table, combobox,modal panel.

       

      The requirement is like this.

      on one screen i have a data populated using rich:dataTable (see the datatable.jpeg).

      in every row i have a drop down(rich:cpmbobox) with record ids and hyperlink just beside it, by clicking on the hyperlink i open a model panel containing the details of the record ids that are there in the drop down(see the modalpanel.jpeg). if the user clicks on any of the record ids in the modal panel then that id should get selected in the drop down. I'm stuck with it how to do?

       

      could any one help me out with this?
