1. Re: JMS Bridge between IBM MQ and HQ
clebert.suconic Feb 18, 2010 4:18 PM (in response to vmeghraj)Isn't that a MQ question such as how to get a XA Connection factory on IBM MQ? on such case I don't how I could help.
Probably best to ask help on MQ support / forums... etc.

2. Re: JMS Bridge between IBM MQ and HQ
timfox Feb 19, 2010 2:40 AM (in response to clebert.suconic)If WSMQ implements the JMS api properly you should just be able to use the JMS bridge as per instructions in the user manual.
Like i mentioned in a different thread, the JMS bridge does not use or require a JCA adaptor, so don't get confused about having to configure the ra, like you have done in your previous post.

bgillis Mar 23, 2010 8:56 AM (in response to timfox)Hi Tim,
What do you mean by "if WSMQ implements the JMS api properly you should just be able to use the JMS bridge" ?
Do you mean that it is not currently possible to use HornetQ JMS bridge with Websphere MQ ?
Could you clarify a bit your though because I currently have issues with that configuration as well (see http://community.jboss.org/thread/149785?tstart=0) ?
Thanks,
Bertrand

4. Re: JMS Bridge between IBM MQ and HQ
timfox Mar 23, 2010 3:18 PM (in response to bgillis)The comment was intended to mean, that HornetQ JMS bridge should work with any JMS 1.1 compliant system.
We haven't tested it with WSMQ.

6. Re: JMS Bridge between IBM MQ and HQ
vmeghraj Jun 9, 2010 4:46 PM (in response to vmeghraj)The JMS bridge between IBM MQ and HQ can be made workable by implementing custom
org.hornetq.jms.bridge.ConnectionFactoryFactory; as per 33.2 section in HornetQ user manual.
