I cannot find this preference page nether in WTP for Eclipse 3.4 nor for 3.5, looks like they are moved to XDoclet category Window->Preferences->XDoclet. JBossIDE provided more functionality that WTP does as I can suggest by screen-shots.

kobiianko Mar 2, 2010 4:13 AM (in response to dgolovin)So, I'm guessing I'll have to work manually with the xdoclet-build.xml file, if I want to update the xdoclet configuration -
5. Re: working with XDoclet at JbossTools 3.0.3GA
dgolovin Mar 2, 2010 3:15 PM (in response to kobiianko)There is no XDoclet in JBossTools 3.0.3, so you have to find a way to get done what you yusually did with JBossIDE and manually work with xdoclet-build.xml could be a solution for you.

8. Re: working with XDoclet at JbossTools 3.0.3GA
dgolovin Mar 3, 2010 2:43 AM (in response to kobiianko)You can add ant builder in list of project builders to execute this script. I'm not sure it is good approach for your project, but it might be useful. -
9. Re: working with XDoclet at JbossTools 3.0.3GA
maxandersen Mar 3, 2010 4:00 AM (in response to dgolovin)Yes, there are a few more features in xdoclet but they were overlapping and in some cases conflicting with WTP + noone were around to maintain them.
We still have the codebase available, someone just need to show up and bring it to live

dgolovin Mar 3, 2010 1:11 PM (in response to maxandersen)Yep, and I have them compiled locally, just need to restore several classes from ide.core plugin to be able to run it, I'll do that eventually. -
