Can't access JBoss from outside the server.

I'm trying to access JBoss from the internet using my dyndns.org domain name... and I can't. Note: I CAN access SSH, Apache and other stuff. The server itself seems to work correctly: I can access it from withing the server, using http://localhost:8080 or http://127.0.0.1:8080, but I can't when using http://hostname.local:8080 (I'm using avahi). Does JBoss any kind of security blocking for accessing it from the internet??? Where can I deactivate it?

PS: It has nothing to do with the firewall: the port 8080 is opened.
