Unnecessary rerender grid. Issue 3341

Are there any news about this issue:

It slows down our interface and workaround does not help as we need to rerender modal panel on rich:dataTable row click.

Setting limitToList="true" (https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/RF-5838) is an another workaround. Note that fix for RF-5838 is not available in 3.3.0.GA; only in 3.3.1-SNAPSHOT versions.

Is it possible to point me to changeset implementing RF-5338 ?

We can't wait for 3.3.1 release and honestly don't want to use nightly build on production.
So I'm planning to just patch 3.3.0.GA
