Toggle panel layout issue

Hi ,

Text content from rich:toggleControl appears as underlined by default on IE8 in a incorect way, so letters as "g","y" have their bottom part cutted.

On IE7(those letters are correct underlined) and Firefox this is not happening.

I tryed to remove that text-decoration: underline property or set it to none, but without succes.

Please if you have an idea about this, help me.

This fixed my issue:

a[class~="rich-tglctrl"]:hover { text-decoration: none; }
