HELP: Went from 3.2.2 to 3.3.2 and now borders & colors are not rendering

I'm developing a RichFaces app and was using version 3.2.2 of the JAR files.  Everything was fine.

I replaced the 3.2.2 jar files with the 3.3.2 jar files and now the web app is being rendered without the borders and colors around widgets (like panel, datatable, and so on).

What am I missing?  Any help is greatly appreciated!

I see now that the problem was that I had this commented out in the web.xml file ...

<context-param>
        <param-name>org.richfaces.SKIN</param-name>
        <param-value>glassX</param-value>
</context-param>

However, I want to demo my app with the "default" SKIN.  In 3.2 I could specify "default" and get a plain grey SKIN.  How do I get the "default" skin in 3.3?

Thanks but what I mean is, when I specify the "default" skin like so:

        <param-name>org.richfaces.SKIN</param-name>
        <param-value>default</param-value>
</context-param>

I get this error when I run the app (below).  What should I put in the <param-value> for "default" in 3.3.2?

Skin  with name default not found

Caused  by:
org.richfaces.skin.SkinNotFoundException - Skin with name default not  found

After some trial and error DEFAULT with all caps worked:

<context-param>
        <param-name>org.richfaces.SKIN</param-name>
        <param-value>DEFAULT</param-value>
</context-param>
