a question about rich:tooltip on mode ajax in RF 3.3.0

hello,

In RF 3.3.0, i found the behavior of rich:tooltip on mode ajax has changed. when the second times it active the tool tip, it shows the old content at first, and then rerender with the new content after the ajax request. So I have to add the facet defaultContent to prevent this. Is it wanted?
