How to create WSRP-enable non-Portal projects, such as JBoss Server projects

Here ideas is to create the WSRP services available for remote consumer without the need of converting the application into portlet.

Can we have the Portlet wrapper on the application which does not need Portlet container framework running on the producer side.

to understand this concept in details.

Can JBoss supports such kind of development for a web application.

Please advice.
