rich:Editor + useSeamText - bug or feature?

Hi,

one can test similar behaviour on livedemo. When  useSeamText is true, clicking italic button generates

*text*

When  one first clicks Bold button and then Italic

<i><b>text</i><b>

is generated. that doesn't look very consistent to me.  Is it the desired behaviour or is that a bug?

That happens because of SeamText's limitations.
