sandman202 Mar 11, 2009 9:49 PM (in response to sandman202)I am on the LiveDemo and on the "Standard components skinning", the "Enter Name" field is not disabled. Did you change this setting somewhere?

sandman202 Mar 12, 2009 11:06 AM (in response to sandman202)Thanks for testing to making sure it works. I am still at a loss as to why FireFox is not displaying this correctly.

sandman202 Mar 12, 2009 11:37 AM (in response to sandman202)I am going to go back to my setup. Since I am using Seam, JBoss and Richfaces, I might of missed something.

nbelaevski Mar 12, 2009 11:46 AM (in response to sandman202)Scott,
Are you using any additional custom CSS styling? -
7. Re: Extended Skinning not working on Firefox
sandman202 Mar 12, 2009 1:04 PM (in response to sandman202)No. The only styling I am using is what was created when I created a seam project. Those being: theme.css and theme.xcss.

sergeysmirnov Mar 12, 2009 1:12 PM (in response to sandman202)Using FireBug, click the "Inspect" link, then any button. What the styles are applied to the button including the overridden. Do you see the rich-*** styles there?

9. Re: Extended Skinning not working on Firefox
sandman202 Mar 12, 2009 3:09 PM (in response to sandman202)Let me try this again... I posted a reply, but it looks like it did not save. It must of been about the same time FireFox restarted on me.
Ok... I installed FireBug. This is the first time I have used this, so please bear with me. I clicked on "inspect" and a button. This is what is showing on the CSS tab on the right.input[type="submit"], input[type="button"] {theme.css (line 19) cursor:pointer; font-size:10px; margin:5px 5px 5px 0; } input[type="submit"], input[type="button"] {eAGbo7-t...AEXoDrg__ (line 1) background-image:url(/artwork/a4j/g/3_3_0.GAorg.richfaces.renderkit.html.GradientA/DATB/eAEr2FXAEMDABAAKlQHt); border:1px solid #005000; color:#FFFFFF; font-weight:bold; padding:1px 4px; } Inherited frombody body {theme.css (line 5) font-size:12px; } body {eAGbo7-t...AEXoDrg__ (line 1) color:#000000; font-family:Arial,Verdana,sans-serif; }
I do not see anything relating to richfaces. -

11. Re: Extended Skinning not working on Firefox
sandman202 Mar 12, 2009 4:33 PM (in response to sandman202)I found the problem!
In my web.xml, I changed the org.richfaces.CONTROL_SKINNING and org.richfaces.CONTROL_SKINNING_CLASSES to enable. Once I made this change, the fields marked disable are now greyed out.
However, on my selectManyListbox the text is still black. Should this be greyed out as well? -
