Where/whom should apply to become SOA-P contributor?

I've been utilizing SOA-P 4.3 and 5.0.  I have found and fixed some bugs.

I'd like to participate in SOA-P development.

Can you please tell me how to participate?

BTW - I'm was a Netty Contributor (inactive).

Easiest way is to sign the CLA for the project (for example ESB), and start posting on the appropriate developer forums.

If the bugs have not been addressed then you will be asked to raise JIRAs and attach your patches.

Commit access will depend on the project but is usually easy to get.

Thanks, I clicked on the members sign cla and it doesn't accept my credentials. 

I suspected that I needed to request developer access first.

Is this correct?

What does the error say? It's my understanding that, you just have to use your .org account id (the one you are using to post here) to login.

You mention that you were a contributor to Netty. I believe you would have signed the CLA for the Netty project. What id did you use at that time? You can use the same.

Several weeks back I was asked to re-sign my Netty CLA by Trustin, which I did.

I'm using the same account.
