Why we are giving the option -b 0.0.0.0 while running the jboss server ?

while starting the jboss server we type the command run.sh -b 0.0.0.0 -c default.

What is the purpose of doing so ?

-b 0.0.0.0 tells JBoss AS to bind to all available IP addresses on the computer.

-c default starts the default instance. This isn't really necessary as the default instance will be started without specifying this option.
